It’s not every Tuesday that I find myself swanning through a $1.2 million Mediterranean fantasy in the former headquarters of Life magazine. But then again, it’s not every week I accidentally eat the entire island of Cyprus in chronological order—Greek on Sunday, Turkish on Tuesday, and my Cypriot comrade Sean Alimov flying in from Larnaca next week to complete the cultural trifecta. Divine timing? I say yes. The universe may be chaotic, but she’s got rhythm.
